The Tennis Journal

Welcome to my tennis blog.
This is where I share my thoughts, experiences, tournaments, training, and everything I enjoy about the game. Tennis has always been more than just a sport for me — it’s part of my lifestyle. Glad to have you here.

“The court never lies — that’s why I keep coming back.”

NO EASY POINTS.

ABOUT ME

Tennis has been part of my life for more than 15 years. What started as a simple hobby slowly became something much bigger — a sport that shaped my mindset, discipline, lifestyle, and way of thinking.

Over the years, I’ve played on courts in Cyprus, Dubai, Moscow, and Spain, joined amateur matches and tournaments, and attended tennis camps that gave me the opportunity to improve my game and experience different tennis cultures and playing styles.

For me, tennis has always been more than just competition. It’s about focus, consistency, mentality, energy, and the process of constantly improving yourself both physically and mentally. The sport teaches patience, discipline, emotional control, and the ability to stay calm under pressure — qualities that are valuable far beyond the court.

Even today, although I play less often than before, tennis still remains an important part of my life. One of my long-term goals is to build my own modern tennis academy — not only focused on tennis itself, but also including padel, ping-pong, fitness areas, recovery zones, swimming pools, wellness spaces, and everything that should exist in a high-level sports environment.

I want to create a place that combines sport, lifestyle, community, networking, and a strong atmosphere for people who genuinely enjoy the game and the culture around it. I truly believe that some of the best connections, conversations, and opportunities in life happen around sports.

The most traditional surface in tennis. Clay courts reward patience, endurance, movement, and tactical thinking. Every point becomes physical and mental battle.

Fast, balanced, and competitive. Hard courts combine speed, power, consistency, and athleticism, making them the most complete all-around tennis surface.

Smooth, comfortable, and modern. Artificial grass offers quicker points, lower impact on the body, and a more relaxed playing experience.

My Favorite Racket — Babolat Pure Strike

Over the years, I’ve played with different tennis rackets, but the Babolat Pure Strike has always been my favorite. What I like most about it is the balance between control, precision, and power. The racket feels fast, stable, and comfortable during long rallies while still allowing aggressive shots when needed.

For my playing style, the Pure Strike feels natural from both the baseline and at the net. It rewards clean timing, confidence, and consistency during important points. Beyond performance, I’ve always liked its simple and modern design, which perfectly matches the overall feeling of the racket on court.

For me, the Babolat Pure Strike became more than just equipment — it became part of my overall connection with the game and one of the reasons I enjoy being on court even more.

TENNIS HISTORY

The Era of Federer, Nadal & Djokovic

Tennis has existed for more than 100 years, but the last two decades changed the sport forever. Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic created an era that many people consider the greatest in tennis history.

Roger Federer brought elegance and style to the game. Watching Federer play looked effortless. His movement, technique, and calmness on court inspired millions of people around the world.

Rafael Nadal brought passion and intensity. Every match felt like a battle when Nadal stepped on court. His mentality and dominance on clay courts made him one of the toughest competitors tennis has ever seen.

Novak Djokovic brought consistency and mental strength. His flexibility, endurance, and ability to perform under pressure helped him break records and become one of the most complete players in tennis history.

What made this era special was not only the trophies and Grand Slams, but the rivalry between all three players. They constantly pushed each other to improve and created unforgettable matches that changed tennis forever.

Federer gave tennis beauty.
Nadal gave tennis heart.
Djokovic gave tennis perfection.
